Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address, service and billing address.
- Service records: pests treated, products applied (as required by Vermont pesticide regulations), visit dates, notes, photos of the service area.
- Communications: calls, voicemails, texts, and emails with our office, which may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping.
- Payment records processed by our payment provider (Square). Apex does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- To schedule, perform, and document pest-control services.
- To send appointment confirmations, service updates, invoices, and replies to your inquiries by phone, text, or email.
- To meet legal obligations, including Vermont pesticide application record-keeping.
Text messaging
Mobile numbers collected for our SMS program are used solely to deliver the messages described on our SMS Program page. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, messaging delivery, scheduling software), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
Retention & security
We keep service records as long as required by Vermont regulation and legitimate business need, and protect them with access controls and encryption in transit.

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we are legally required to keep) by contacting us.
