Apex Pest Solutions LLC ("Apex," "we," "us") offers a text-messaging program so customers can receive appointment confirmations, service notifications, quotes, invoices with secure payment links, and replies to questions they text us.
Program description
- Program name: Apex Pest Solutions Customer Care Texts
- Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, service and scheduling updates, quotes, invoices and payment links, and conversational replies to customer-initiated messages.
- Message frequency: varies by service activity; typically 1–4 messages per service event.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Apex does not charge for texts.
How you opt in
Customers provide their mobile number and consent to receive service texts when booking by phone, in person, or via our website. On our web forms, consent is given by checking an unchecked box that reads: "Text me about my service." Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How you opt out
