Services
Apex Pest Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial pest-control services in Vermont, including one-time treatments and recurring service plans (Standard, Alpha, and Omega tiers). Service details, pricing, and visit schedules are confirmed at booking.
Plans, billing & cancellation
- Recurring plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Square). Setup fees are due at the first visit.
- Plans run on one-year renewable agreements. Cancellation before the end of the first year may carry an early-cancellation charge as stated in your service agreement; after the first year you may cancel at any time at no charge.
- Invoices are payable on receipt via the secure payment link provided.
Scheduling & access
Appointment windows are confirmed by phone, text, or email. Please provide safe access to the service area and secure pets during visits. Weather or safety conditions may require rescheduling.
Text messaging terms
By opting in to our SMS program you agree to receive the message types described on our SMS Program page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Limitation of liability
Apex performs services with professional care consistent with Vermont pesticide regulations. Except where prohibited by law, Apex's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
